When you use Aura Review ("we", "us", "our"), we may collect your name, email address, and Google account data via OAuth to provide review management functionality. We only access the data strictly necessary for application functionality, which includes accessing your Google My Business reviews.
We use the information we collect to operate, manage, and provide our AI-driven review reply services. Your Google data is not shared with third parties for marketing purposes. Aura Review’s use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
We use Stripe as a secure third-party payment processor. When you subscribe, your payment details are provided directly to Stripe. Aura Review does not store or process your credit card numbers on our servers.
To generate automated replies and sentiment analysis, the text of your incoming customer reviews is temporarily processed by third-party AI providers (e.g., OpenAI, Google Cloud). This data is strictly used for the fulfillment of the service and is not stored, retained, or utilized to train their public models.
We prioritize the protection of your personal and business data through industry-standard encryption and security practices. However, no data transmission over the internet is completely secure.
